The powder coating process on aluminium profiles is a specialized procedure that optimizes the strength and durability of the aluminium, and also improves its aesthetic appearance through a wide range of colors.
Surface preparation: Before starting the powder coating process, the aluminium surface must be clean of impurities to guarantee the correct adhesion of the paint, and the quality of the process. In addition, we have guaranteed the process by means of the ‘Seaside-Class’ procedure certified in our Qualicoat License.
– Paint application: A powder coating is applied to the surface of the aluminium using an electrostatic process that facilitates its adhesion
– Oven polymerization: To obtain a synthetic and uniform layer on the aluminium, the profiles are placed in an oven at a temperature between 180ºC and 220ºC. With this thermo-hardening process, we achieve the final and permanent fixation of the paint to the surface of the aluminium.

Powder Coated aluminium is highly valued for its resistance to corrosion, UV rays and atmospheric agents, as well as its wide range of colors and ease of maintenance. In addition, this process can be applied to pieces and profiles up to 7.10 meters.

Anesa is specialized in the treatment of profiles using aluminium powder coating techniques. It serves its clients, offering surface finishes in a wide range of colors that provide greater protection, resistance or aesthetic qualities to the profiles.

For the powder coating process of aluminium profiles, Anesa has a vertical coating plant, with which we can obtain different textures and finishes thanks to the different powder bases.

Vertical coating plant of 7000 tm / year
Lengths up to 7.1 m
Finishes: Effecta wood and sublimation.
Quality certifications: Qualicoat, Seaside Class, ISO 9001.
