Aluminium profile machining is the process of shaping and finishing aluminium parts by removing material by cutting or abrasion. This process is used to mold aluminium profiles into a desired final shape. Aluminium profiles can be cut, drilled, milled and countersunk to create slots and recesses in extruded aluminium bars. Aluminium profile machining is used in the manufacture of parts for various industries, such as aerospace, automotive, electronics and construction.

We offer different performance lines: cutting, punching and bending of aluminium profiles.
We also have two assembly lines for thermal break assembly.

Machining of aluminium profiles: 3 axes up to 6.5 m / 4 axes up to 10 m / 5 axes up to 14 m.
Profile cutting: up to 6.6 m (+/- 0.25 mm) / up to 10 m (+/- 0.5 mm)
Profile machining: 3 axes up to 6,5 m / 4 axes up to 10 m
Profile bending: up to 13.5 m (up to 13.5 m)
Profile punching: bending machine 120 tm/3 m
Assembly with thermal break: 2 lines
